Gibraltar
Gibraltar coffee is an espresso-based drink made with a double shot of espresso and two ounces of steamed milk, served in a 4.5 ounce glass with a tapered, octagonal bottom called a Gibraltar glass. The milk is usually lightly textured and steamed to a slightly cooler temperature than a cappuccino, around 130° F compared to a cappuccino's 140° F. Some say the drink has a richer, more velvety texture than a cortado, which is made with equal parts espresso and steamed milk.
