This is a story of God taking a broken, homeless boy on a miraculous journey into a spirit-filled life. I want God to get all the credit for who I’ve become—now a husband to Lauren, father to Parker and Mary Oliver, and co-owner of The Riv, voted Yelp’s 10th best U.S. restaurant in 2022. God even used The Riv to deliver my friend from heroin overnight. This isn’t about me, but about the wondrous acts of God worth sharing.
